This Belgian Golden Strong Ale presents a vibrant peach-yellow opalescent hue topped with a rich, creamy white head. The aroma begins with a soft malt sweetness that gracefully yields to an intriguing spice layer of pink pepper. On the palate, initial impressions of ripe yellow fruit and pear transition into a refreshing, bright finish highlighted by the aromatic presence of bitter orange peel. Appearance. Peach-yellow color (4-6 SRM) with an opalescent clarity. Massive, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of ripe yellow fruit and pear esters. Low grainy-sweet malt is quickly overtaken by a distinct spicy character of pink pepper. Subtle herbal hop notes and soft, perfumy alcohol contribute to a sophisticated profile.

Taste. Initial impression of sweet, ripe yellow fruit followed by a light, neutral malt base. Mid-palate introduces spicy pink pepper and herbal hop flavors.
