This refined American Lager presents a clean and refreshing profile, defined by its exceptionally pure Laoshan spring water base. Brewed with premium Australian and Canadian barley alongside high-quality domestic hops, it offers a subtle, sweet grainy foundation supported by a distinct rice adjunct crispness. The experience is highly accessible, featuring a light malty sweetness balanced by a delicate, floral hop bitterness. Its well-attenuated body and high carbonation create a thirst-quenching character, while the neutral fermentation profile ensures a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2–3 SRM); brilliant clarity; white, frothy head with low to moderate retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity; neutral fermentation profile with a clean, light grainy-sweet malt presence and subtle rice-like adjunct notes. Very low floral or spicy hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and neutral. Low grainy malt flavor with a faint, sweet cereal character. Hop flavor is low to none, with a delicate floral quality. Bitterness is low, providing just enough balance against the malt. Finish is dry, clean, and short, with no lingering harshness or significant aftertaste.
