Tsingtao Pure Draft presents as an exceptionally clean and approachable American Lager, defined by its low-temperature filtration which preserves a crisp, refreshing sensory profile. The pour is a brilliant, pale straw with a fine white head. Aromatically, it offers a subtle bouquet of grainy malt and delicate floral notes from domestically-grown hops, underscored by a very clean fermentation and the use of pure spring water. On the palate, it is light-bodied and neutral, featuring a gentle sweetness from select barley that transitions into a short, dry finish with minimal bitterness. High carbonation provides a lively carbonic bite, making it a quintessential palate cleanser.
