Tropel "Estampida" NEIPA

Tropel Estampida is a vibrant Hazy IPA that delivers an aromatic rush of tropical and citrus notes. The expertly selected blend of Idaho 7, Sabro, Citra, Simcoe, and Azacca hops creates an olfactory stampede, bursting with ripe mango, sweet pineapple, and a distinct creamy coconut undertone. On the palate, the hop-forward character is balanced by a soft, bready malt backbone and a refreshing hint of lime. Its signature opaque appearance and velvety texture provide a luxurious canvas for the juicy fruit flavors, leading to a smooth, low-bitterness finish that invites another sip. It is an approachable yet complex expression of the New England IPA style.

Appearance. Straw to gold (3-7 SRM) with a heavy, uniform opacity and a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, white, meringue-like head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of mango, pineapple, and coconut from the Sabro and Citra hops. Secondary notes of lime and subtle stone fruit from Idaho 7 and Azacca. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background, providing a clean foundation for the intense tropical esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of mango, pineapple, and coconut. The Simcoe hops provide a subtle lime-like citrus edge. Malt flavor is low and bread-like. Bitterness is low to moderate and smooth, avoiding any hop bite. The finish is off-dry and soft, with a lingering fruit-juice impression and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and plush texture. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or alcohol warmth is present, resulting in a smooth and creamy mouthfeel typical of the style.
