This electric Wild Specialty Beer, a collaboration between Tripping Animals and Bottle Logic, bursts with a vibrant sensory profile driven by complex fruit additions. Calamansi provides a sharp, citrusy brightness that cuts through the deep, jammy berry tones of marionberry and black currant. Prickly pear adds a subtle, earthy sweetness and a unique magenta hue. The wild fermentation introduces a clean, lactic tartness that amplifies the juicy character of the fruit. This medley creates a cosmic complexity where zesty acidity meets dark forest fruit, finishing crisp, dry, and immensely refreshing with lingering tartness and a light berry skin tannin.

Appearance. Deep reddish-purple to magenta hue (SRM 25+). Pours with a moderate, pink-tinted head that shows fair to poor retention. Opaque and hazy due to heavy fruit conditioning.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by dark berry notes of marionberry and black currant, complemented by a sharp, zesty citrus punch from calamansi. Subtle floral and melon-like notes from prickly pear. Low bready malt and clean lactic acidity with very low funk and no hop character.
