Pumpkin-delic presents a psychedelic twist on the classic American Brown Ale, weaving together deep autumnal textures with the brewery’s signature lushness. The sensory journey begins with a rich foundation of toasted chocolate and caramel malts, providing a sturdy backbone for the earthy, squash-like sweetness of real pumpkin. Warm seasonal spices dance through the profile, evoking nutmeg and cinnamon without overshadowing the nutty malt core. A moderate hop bitterness ensures balance, preventing the sweetness from becoming cloying. It is a harmonious marriage of rich roasted grains and festive harvest flavors, finishing with a clean, lingering toasted character.
Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark brown with high clarity. A persistent, creamy, light tan head leaves moderate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high malty intensity featuring notes of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, and dark caramel. Aromatic pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) is present but secondary to the malt. Hop aroma is low, providing a faint floral or earthy background. Esters are very low.
