Mansur is a lush Hazy IPA that showcases a vibrant, tropical bouquet driven by a heavy double dry-hopping. The presence of Strata and Mosaic delivers a complex layering of passionfruit, ripe berries, and subtle dankness, while Motueka contributes a bright, zesty lime lift. Mandarina Bavaria rounds out the profile with sweet notes of tangerine and citrus peel. Visually, the beer presents a glowing, opaque straw hue topped with a persistent white head. The palate is exceptionally soft and pillowy, emphasizing juicy hop flavors over a clean, bready malt base, concluding with a smooth, restrained bitterness that maximizes drinkability.
Appearance. SRM 4-6; deep straw to soft orange with an opaque, luminous haze. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.
