This sessionable German Pils presents a vibrant, sensory-focused interpretation of the style, lightened to a refreshing 3.3% ABV. A base of continental Pilsner malt provides foundational notes of toasted cracker and wildflower honey. The sensory profile is significantly elevated by the Pink Boots Society Blend, which introduces an intricate layer of floral, citrus, and soft tropical fruit aromatics that modernize the traditional lager profile. On the palate, a clean, grainy sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, crisp bitterness. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, leaving a lingering, elegant hop trail that defines this highly drinkable and crisp lager.
