This sherbet-inspired Wild Specialty Beer, a collaboration between Tripping Animals and Southern Grist, presents a vibrant sensory explosion. Intense aromas of fresh raspberry and zesty tangerine lead the profile, backed by a sharp lime citrus punch. The addition of lactose and vanilla creates a luscious, creamy counterpoint to the bright lactic acidity, mimicking the mouthfeel of melting sherbet.
