This Imperial Stout presents a decadent sensory profile forged by twenty-six months in eight-year-old Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels. The extended maturation develops an intense bouquet of rich dark chocolate and deeply caramelized sugar, seamlessly integrated with the charred depth of toasted oak. Appearance. Opaque jet black (40+ SRM) with a dense, dark tan head. High viscosity is apparent through prominent legs on the glass, though head retention is moderate.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring a complex blend of bittersweet dark chocolate, espresso, and caramelized sugar. Pronounced barrel character introduces notes of Elijah Craig bourbon, vanilla, and toasted oak, with subtle background esters of dried figs and raisins.
