Triple Point Erdbier is a vibrant Fruit IPA that artfully balances botanical complexity with a classic hop backbone. The infusion of hibiscus lends a distinct floral tartness and a striking ruby-pink hue, while strawberry adds a delicate, berry-like aroma without cloying sweetness. Bright lemon zest provides a citrusy lift that complements the underlying New World hop profile. Despite the fruity additions, the beer remains firmly rooted in its IPA heritage, offering a moderate bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. It is a refreshing, multifaceted pint where the fruit and botanicals enhance rather than overshadow the base beer's structure.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale amber with distinct reddish-pink highlights (10-14 SRM). The head is voluminous, off-white with a faint pink tint, showing excellent retention and lacing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation that prickles the tongue. Very low alcohol warmth. A slight, pleasant tannic astringency from the hibiscus adds a drying texture to the palate.
