This unique take on a Best Bitter showcases a thoughtful integration of Spanish-grown Columbus hops and fragrant cardamom. Poured with a warm amber hue, the beer leads with a toasty malt backbone that supports bright citrus aromas and the distinctive herbal, menthol-like spice of the cardamom. The Columbus hops provide a firm but smooth bitterness alongside notes of black pepper and lemon zest. Despite its sessionable 4% ABV, the profile is complex, balancing English bready malt notes with a spicy, cooling finish.
