Appearance. 8 to 12 SRM. Pale amber to light copper in color. Features good to brilliant clarity with a low to moderate off-white head that may show moderate lacing if carbonated for bottle or keg.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a focus on fruity hop character. Prominent notes of white wine, gooseberry, and tropical citrus are layered over a low to moderate bready and biscuity malt aroma. Moderate fruity esters suggesting pear or apple are present, with no detectable diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and decidedly bitter. The flavor profile is dominated by fruity hop notes of grapefruit and grape, supported by a low to medium bready and biscuity maltiness. Bitterness is medium-high, balancing the hop-forward profile without overwhelming the palate. The finish is dry and clean, with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and fruity aftertaste.
