Trig Brewery’s Delling is a quintessential Hazy IPA, showcasing an assertive double dry-hopped character. It opens with an explosion of tropical fruit and ripe stone fruit, underpinned by a soft, bready malt base. The double dry-hopping process intensifies the citrus and pineapple notes without introducing harshness. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous orange glow and a dense, meringue-like head. On the palate, the bitterness is remarkably restrained, allowing the juicy hop saturation to take center stage. The finish is smooth and off-dry, delivering a refreshing, fruit-forward experience that epitomizes the modern New England style.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous shine; no visible particulates. Massive, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. Clean, grainy, and lightly bready malt in the background. Neutral fermentation profile with subtle supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of passion fruit, tangerine, and melon. Low to medium-low bitterness that is well-masked by the soft body. Grainy malt sweetness provides balance. Finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering juicy hop character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Medium carbonation. Smooth and rounded with very low alcohol warmth and no astringent hop burn.

In 2023, we decided it was time to either do something about it or stop talking about it, so here we are. Starting on a low volume nanobrew kit, we create small batch beers which allows us to experiment, explore, and develop beers that are full of flavour and don't compromise on quality for the sake of quantity.
