Appearance. Deep copper to dark brown with a noticeable garnet tint; clarity is brilliant. Topped by a creamy, light tan head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high malt richness characterized by toasted bread, roasted walnuts, and a faint hint of dark chocolate. The hop aroma is subtle but present, featuring light spicy notes and a delicate red berry sweetness. Fermentation is clean with no esters or diacetyl.
