Sherman is a bold Red IPA that elevates the sensory profile of a classic mahogany ale with a massive whole cone hop addition. A rich, toasted malt foundation provides the canvas for Chinook and Simcoe to paint a vibrant picture of the California groves. High-intensity aromatics of fresh mandarin orange and grapefruit zest lead into a deep, sticky pine resin character that evokes the rarified air of a giant forest. Appearance. Deep mahogany to copper-red color. Sturdy, brilliant white head with excellent retention and dense lacing; clear with a slight, signature softness to the clarity.
