This American Lager presents a refined take on the Pre-Prohibition style, characterized by a bright and approachable sensory profile. The use of 6 Row malt provides a firm, grainy backbone that is smoothed over by the addition of flaked corn, imparting a subtle, round sweetness. Aromas are delicate, featuring light notes of sweet cereal and a whisper of floral hops. On the palate, it is exceptionally crisp and well-attenuated, leading to a clean, thirst-quenching finish. Taste. The palate is relatively neutral and crisp. Initial flavors of grainy malt and flaked corn provide a slight perceived sweetness before transitioning into a dry finish. Hop bitterness is low but sufficient to balance the adjunct character. The aftertaste is clean and short.
