Vision is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the distinctive intensity of Nelson Sauvin through a double dry-hopping process. This signature New Zealand hop delivers a striking profile of Sauvignon Blanc-like esters, crushed gooseberry, and zesty lime. Supported by Citra and Galaxy, the sensory experience expands into layers of juicy pink grapefruit and a subtle, grounding earthiness. The beer maintains an ultra-refreshing balance, showcasing intense tropical fruit depth against a soft, pillowy malt backbone. Its character is defined by the interplay of Southern Hemisphere hop intensity and a clean fermentation that preserves the bright, citrusy aromatics from the initial pour through the final sip.

Appearance. Straw to light yellow (3–4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, devoid of particulates. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Dominated by white grape, crushed gooseberry, and vinous esters from the Nelson Sauvin. Complementary notes of lime and tropical passion fruit emerge from Citra and Galaxy. Background malt is low, offering a clean, bready, and grainy foundation without any caramel or toast character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with prominent lime, gooseberry, and tropical fruit. Mid-palate introduces a firm but smooth pink grapefruit bitterness. Malt flavor is low, providing a supportive, soft, bready character. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the full body. The finish is off-dry and clean with lingering citrus zest and a touch of balancing earthiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and fluffy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated. Smooth throughout with no hop astringency or harshness.

We have recently had the pleasure of brewing with our buddies from State Of Kind Brewing from Wigan, and are super pleased to have collaborated on this DDH IPA.
A double helping of Nelson Sauvin produces incredible New Zealand hop flavours – evoking citrus bursts of Lime & Sauvignon Blanc-esq esters, alongside a fresh Gooseberry aroma. Alongside the addition of Citra and Galaxy hops, helps to lengthen this flavour profile, introducing bitter Pink Grapefruit notes and a balancing earthiness on the finish. The end result is an ultra-refreshing and balanced IPA absolutely stacked with hop flavours, all within our soft, fluffy body.
