Ten Falls is a vibrant Red IPA that showcases a thoughtful collaboration between Track and Elusive. A complex grist of Munich and Crystal malts provides a deep red hue and a foundation of cinder toffee and biscuity sweetness. This malt backbone is expertly balanced by a classic American hop profile featuring Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Centennial, which deliver intense aromas of resinous pine and tropical citrus. On the palate, the beer transitions from dark caramel into sharp, assertive hits of bitter orange and grapefruit peel. It finishes with a firm, drying bitterness that highlights the classic West Coast influence of this Specialty IPA.

Appearance. Deep red to copper-amber with excellent clarity. It supports a persistent, off-white to light tan head with fine bubbles and moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, resinous pine, and tropical fruit. The malt presence is moderate, offering a supportive backdrop of toasted biscuit, dark caramel, and a hint of toffee. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial flavors of rich caramel and toasted bread give way to dominant hop notes of bitter orange and pithy grapefruit. The Simcoe and Centennial provide a classic resinous bite. Bitterness is medium-high and firm, balanced by the residual sweetness of specialty malts. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a citrus-peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency.
