This Hazy IPA is a vibrant showcase of New Zealand terroir, delivering an intense sensory experience driven by a powerhouse quartet of hops. Nelson Sauvin provides sophisticated vinous aromatics and crushed gooseberry notes, while Nectaron contributes layers of lush peach, ripe nectarine, and tropical pineapple sweetness. Motueka and Riwaka provide a bright, zesty counterpoint, offering sharp fresh lime acidity and a characteristic passionfruit tang. The result is a deeply complex, juice-forward profile supported by a soft, bready malt backbone and a pillowy mouthfeel, finishing with a gentle, balanced bitterness that emphasizes the massive hop saturation and biotransformation complexity.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Opaque with a persistent, luminous haze and a dense, rocky white head that exhibits excellent retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring explosive tropical pineapple, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Distinctive vinous, white-grape notes and a light, clean, grainy-bready malt backbone. Neutral fermentation profile with no yeast-derived phenols.
