Track's third collaboration with the Manchester Hop Project this autumn (and fourth Green Hop beer of the harvest season) marries roasty, toasty maltiness with the multidimensionality of locally grown, fresh hops. A blend of varieties brings warming noble spice, sweet dandelion and a touch of lavender, sitting on a rob
