Track Brewing’s Pausing is a quintessential Hazy IPA, delivering an intensely tropical and juicy profile. The specific inclusion of Mosaic hops projects a lush bouquet of ripe mango, sweet blueberry, and bright tangerine. These notes are bolstered by Vic Secret, which contributes sharp layers of crushed pineapple and passionfruit, along with a subtle, resinous pine depth. The experience is defined by a pillowy, soft structure and a complex interplay of fruit esters. A gentle, herbaceous finish balances the sweetness, making for a sophisticated and highly drinkable expression of the style that prioritizes aromatic depth over aggressive bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that provides a vibrant shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and rocky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, pineapple, and passionfruit. Secondary notes of tangerine and a hint of forest pine are supported by a clean, lightly bready and grainy malt background.

Taste. High-intensity tropical fruit flavors including blueberry and pineapple. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and restrained, masking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, gentle herbaceous aftertaste and supportive fruity fermentation esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, pillowy body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any astringency or raw grain harshness.
