Hidden Reef is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights the unique character of Motueka hops within a crisp, West Coast-inspired framework. The sensory experience is lead by an assertive aromatic profile of lemon-lime zest and crushed citrus needles. On the palate, the Motueka hops deliver a complex herbal backdrop that transitions into a bright, mojito-like lime flavor. A lean, neutral malt base ensures the beer remains exceptionally dry and refreshing, while a gentle but persistent bitterness provides a clean structural finish. This balance of New Zealand hop fruitiness and classic structural dryness makes for a sophisticated and highly drinkable pale ale.

Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 5-7 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and fine lacing.
