A luminous Hazy IPA that serves as a masterclass in the versatility of Nelson Sauvin hops, utilizing both T90 pellets and Sub Zero Hop Kief for maximum saturation. The sensory experience is led by an intense, vinous bouquet of ripe gooseberry, dry white grape, and delicate honeydew melon. A super hazy, opaque appearance precedes a signature soft, pillowy mouthfeel that carries these vibrant fruit notes across the palate. Balanced by a restrained bitterness and a neutral, grainy malt base, this collaboration with Future Brewing delivers a juice-like complexity that remains remarkably smooth and drinkable despite its punchy aromatic profile.
Appearance. Color is a pale straw to light gold (4 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head that shows excellent retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring the distinct vinous character of Nelson Sauvin; prominent notes of crushed gooseberry, white wine grapes, and sweet honeydew melon. Supportive background of neutral, bready malt with very light fruity fermentation esters; no detectable caramel, toast, or sulfur.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and pomaceous fruit juice. The hop flavor is very high, mirroring the aroma with gooseberry and white grape, followed by subtle notes of passionfruit. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low-moderate and smooth, finishing off-dry and clean without any harshness or hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, plush body with a soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth and rounded, lacking any astringency or raw starchiness.
