Track Brewing Company Dreaming Of...DDH Galaxy IPA

This is the first of Track's deep dives into an individual hop and how it interacts with their full, big-bodied IPA base of pilsner, flaked wheat, malted oat and malted spelt.

Galaxy is one of their favourite hops and we love what it’s done here.

Sitting in the land between tropical fruit and dank resin, it delivers a huge hit of passionfruit and peach with accents of bitter orange peel.

Pine resin follows and envelopes the palate with delectable dankness before leading out to a subtly grassy, lemon peel finish.
