This luxurious Double IPA showcases a vibrant collaboration focused on hop intensity and a pillowy texture. A base of Pilsner malt, malted oats, and malted wheat creates a soft, creamy canvas for the hops. Nelson Sauvin provides a delicate herbal foundation and white-grape nuances, while a heavy dry hop of Nelson and Idaho 7 erupts with pungent mango, ruby grapefruit, and a distinct lemon meringue pie sweetness. The fermentation with a fruity yeast strain amplifies these tropical tones. It finishes with a long, refreshing trail of resinous fresh pine and a smooth, integrated warmth that masks its strength beautifully.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7–9 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent white head and displays a slight to moderate haze characteristic of the heavy addition of oats and wheat.

Aroma. Intense and complex hop bouquet featuring prominent mango, zesty grapefruit, and a unique lemon curd sweetness. Subtle herbal notes and crushed grape skins from the Nelson Sauvin mingle with light stone fruit esters. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit including ripe mango and citrus oils. The mid-palate reveals Idaho 7's lemon meringue pie character supported by a soft, bready malt presence. Bitterness is firm but rounded and smooth. The finish is notably long and fruity, transitioning into a clean, resinous fresh pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a noticeably smooth, creamy texture from the flaked oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any harshness or astringency.
