Between Time is a lush Double IPA that showcases a sumptuous body built on a foundation of Pale and Pilsner malts, fortified with a heavy addition of oats and wheat. The sensory profile is dominated by a complex hop blend of Cashmere, Waimea, and a triple threat of Citra, Citra Cryo, and Citra Spectrum. Expect an intense aromatic burst of dank pineapple and sweet cantaloupe, reminiscent of a Singapore Sling cocktail.
