This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Track and Two Flints, delivers a luminous, juice-forward sensory profile. Utilizing three formats of Citra alongside New Zealand stars Rakau and Nectaron, the aroma is an explosion of zesty citrus and ripe stone fruits. A soft, creamy texture carries layers of apricot, nectarine, and tart passion fruit across the palate. The double dry-hopping process ensures a saturated hop presence with minimal bitterness, focusing instead on the vibrant, resin-free fruit character. It finishes with a delicate, grainy malt sweetness and a clean, refreshing lift, epitomizing the modern, hop-saturated juicy profile.
Appearance. Luminous straw to pale gold with a dense, opaque haze providing a characteristic juice shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and intricate lacing.
Aroma. Intense, saturated hop aroma featuring bright citrus zest from Citra, underscored by deep notes of apricot and nectarine from Rakau. Nectaron contributes a sharp passion fruit edge. Low, clean bready malt in the background provides a neutral foundation.
Taste. High-impact fruit flavors dominate the palate, echoing the aroma with lush apricot and nectarine sweetness balanced by zesty orange and grapefruit. Passion fruit adds a tropical complexity. Bitterness is restrained and smooth, never sharp. The malt provides a soft, bready backbone that leads into a clean, slightly off-dry finish with lingering stone fruit oils.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the fruity lift without adding prickliness. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, but with no harshness or hop burn.

Nous avons pris contact avec eux, noué une nouvelle relation, et Alex est venu de Windsor pour concocter cette IPA doublement houblonnée à sec avec trois types de Citra et quelques poids lourds néo-zélandais pour couronner le tout ! Une profusion de notes d'agrumes est complétée par des arômes d'abricot, de fruit de la passion et de nectarine grâce à l'ajout de Rakau et de Nectaron."
