Track Brewing Company Acropora

A Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Mountain Culture Beer Co., using Citra, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Enigma and Vic Secret.

A triple threat of Citra creates an immense wave of tantalising lemon and orange on the nose. This transcends into a crescendo of massive flavours of overripe mango, white grape, and dank pineapple with a piney, herbal finish. 

This beer is super-bright, with a fluffy, pillowy body that has us daydreaming of the hazy, sun-soaked landscapes of Katoomba, in the City of Blue Mountains (AUS), where Mountain Culture are based.

Track's Head Brewer, Matt, had the privilege of meeting DJ from Mountain Culture during the Yakima Hop Harvest, a meeting which quickly descended into karaoke madness... And here they are at the start of 2024 releasing a beer together!
