Totopia’s Multiphobia is a complex Wild Specialty Beer that bridges the gap between a Sour IPA and a spiced fruit ale. The sensory profile is dominated by a dense, tropical purée of Guava, Mango, and Peach, further intensified by the lime-zest and mojito-like qualities of Motueka hops. Despite the rich infusion of Brown Sugar, Almond, and Cinnamon, the malt bill is engineered for a crisp finish that prevents the palate from becoming overwhelmed. The result is a vibrant, juice-like experience where stone fruit sweetness meets a gentle, nutty warmth and refreshing lactic acidity, culminating in a balanced, lightly bitter finish.
Appearance. Deep golden to hazy orange-peach hue; persistent, creamy off-white head with moderate lacing; significant haze to nearly opaque from fruit solids and dry hopping.
