This German Pils presents a contemporary West Coast twist, balancing traditional crispness with a bold, modern hop profile. A foundation of toasted cracker and doughy malt supports the intense aromatic contributions of Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo, and Riwaka Hop Kief. Lush peach notes from the Nectaron merge with sharp citrus and tropical undertones driven by the Mosaic Cryo and Riwaka Hop Kief additions. The palate begins with a subtle grainy sweetness that is rapidly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness. It finishes bone-dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of citrus zest and refined floral hop character.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (3 SRM); brilliant clarity; large, creamy white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity; forward aromas of ripe peach, passion fruit, and bright lemon zest; low grainy-sweet malt character; exceptionally clean fermentation with no diacetyl or sulfur.
Taste. Crisp initial malt flavor of fresh crackers; dominated by hop flavors of stone fruit and citrus; medium-high bitterness that lingers into a clean, dry finish; well-attenuated with a sharp, refreshing quality.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; high carbonation; prickly and lively on the tongue; no alcohol warmth; crisp, flinty finish.
