KAKUSEIphilia is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that merges the luscious textures of a smoothie sour with the aromatic profile of a sour IPA. The heavy addition of Japanese Pione grapes provides a deep, jammy sweetness and a royal purple hue, which is expertly balanced by a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity. Nelson Sauvin hops enhance the vinous character with notes of crushed gooseberry and white wine, while a delicate touch of vanilla provides a creamy, rounding accent. Appearance. Deep purple to magenta, resembling dense grape juice; opaque with a heavy, pulpy haze. The head is pinkish-lavender, moderately sized with fair retention and slight lacing.
