This Hazy IPA offers a lush, multifaceted hop profile driven by Peachrine, Citra Cryo, and Citra. It presents a saturated, nectar-like intensity reminiscent of freshly squeezed peaches and tropical stone fruit. The integration of oats provides a substantial, smooth body that carries a complex, balanced sweetness. A distinctive dankness weaves through the fruit-forward character, punctuated by a well-measured bitterness that provides structure without harshness. The result is a deep, velvety sensory experience where the citrus brightness of Citra meets the resinous, herbal undertones of the high hop load, finishing with a lingering, juicy resonance.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a characteristic shine. Thick, white, meringue-like head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent peach, apricot, and mango, complemented by grapefruit and lime zest. A notable resinous, dank herbal character adds depth. Low bready malt and neutral fermentation esters support the hop profile.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of tropical stone fruit and citrus nectar. Low to medium grainy, bready malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, providing a firm balance to the soft, off-dry finish. Hop character remains smooth in the aftertaste without harshness.
