This Triple Dry Hopped Double IPA presents a saturated sensory profile inspired by modern West Coast-meets-Hazy techniques. A massive aromatic surge of ripe mango and luscious peach is driven by an intense combination of Citra and Superdelic hops. The experience is underpinned by the resinous, dank complexity of Chinook, providing a structured counterpoint to the tropical fruit. A rich, velvety body carries these hop oils across the palate, delivering a deep bitterness that remains smooth and integrated. The result is a highly impactful, fruit-forward ale with a lingering, resinous finish that emphasizes hop saturation over malt sweetness.
Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque and milky haze with a thick, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, stone fruit, and tropical citrus. A secondary layer of resinous pine and dank herbs is present. Very low, neutral grainy malt character in the background with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of mango, peach, and citrus dominate the entry. The mid-palate introduces a firm, resinous dankness and piney bitterness. Moderately high bitterness that is well-saturated but not harsh. Low, supportive bready malt character. Finish is medium-dry with a long, fruity, and resinous aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no hop-derived astringency.
