Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 5-7 SRM) with a distinct, persistent haze. Topped by a moderately large, frothy white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring vivid pineapple, passion fruit, and lime from the Riwaka and Citra. Underlying notes of dank resin and subtle blueberries from Mosaic are supported by a low, neutral, grainy-sweet malt presence.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with dominant tropical fruit and citrus zest. The mid-palate introduces a firm, lingering bitterness (consistent with the upper range of the style) that provides a sharp hop bite. Low crackery malt flavor supports the hops without adding sweetness. Finishes dry and clean with a refreshing, resinous aftertaste.
