Cats of Chaos 2021.1 – Cleocatra: Rum Barrel Red & Black IPA

The “Cats of Chaos” series is a bi-annual release of barrel-aged beers from the Torrside Brewing based at New Mills. The amazing artworks for the labels are the creations of artist Emma Sidwell.

Cleocatra is a blend of Red and Black IPA’s, interesting in its own right, the Rum cask really brings this beer to life, in fact, I’m gonna say it, makes it bloody brilliant. One of my favourites in the entire series.

Torrside brew no-nonsense beers with passion, interesting, full-flavoured, often a little crazy but with no compromises, and that’s the way I like it. Take a look at their other beers here.
