This pale straw-colored lager presents a soft, veiled appearance rather than brilliant clarity, signaling its dry-hopped nature. The sensory profile is led by the vibrant infusion of Columbus and Huell Melon hops, delivering unexpected layers of honeydew melon, ripe strawberry, and a touch of resinous earth over a clean, grainy malt base. It remains exceptionally refreshing and crisp on the palate, offering a slightly higher bitterness than traditional examples and finishing bone-dry with a lingering hint of fruit. It is a sophisticated, hop-forward interpretation of a classic thirst-quencher.

Appearance. Pale straw color (approx. 3 SRM). Features a white, frothy head with moderate retention. Unlike the classic style, it displays a distinct veil or slight haze from the dry-hopping process.

Aroma. Moderate aroma intensity. A clean, crackery malt foundation supports prominent hop notes of melon and soft red berries from Huell Melon, complemented by a subtle herbal and earthy pungency from Columbus. Fermentation is very clean with no significant esters.
