At 7% ABV, Torre Mozza Fuko is a quintessential Hazy IPA that exemplifies the New England style through its intense, juice-like character. The sensory profile is dominated by a massive tropical and stone fruit hop expression, featuring vivid notes of ripe mango, passionfruit, and sweet citrus. A neutral, bready malt backbone provides the necessary structure to support the heavy dry-hopping without introducing distracting caramel or toasted notes. The fermentation is clean, allowing subtle fruity esters to complement the hop oils. It finishes soft and off-dry with a restrained bitterness, ensuring the juicy hop flavors linger pleasantly on the palate alongside a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a characteristic opaque, glowing haze. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring waves of tropical pineapple, guava, and candied orange peel. A light, grainy-sweet malt presence provides a neutral canvas, free from toasted or roasted notes, while fermentation esters remain supportive and fruity.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of peach, melon, and tangerine. The malt is low to moderate, tasting of fresh bread dough. Perceived bitterness is moderate but masked by a soft finish, making it feel less aggressive than traditional IPAs. The aftertaste is smooth and intensely fruity with no harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture and moderate carbonation. A light, pleasant alcohol warmth is present, contributing to a substantial feel without any harshness or raw starch texture.
