The aroma opens with the soft, bready sweetness of wheat, quickly layered with the tart, aromatic perfume of fresh-pressed apples and a hint of Belgian spice. On the palate, the marriage of grain and fruit is seamless; the gentle acidity of the cider cuts through the creamy mouthfeel of the base beer, leading to a bone-dry, effervescent finish.
