This modern American IPA highlights a vibrant, hop-forward profile driven by Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret hops. The sensory experience is defined by a punchy tropical medley where the Nelson Sauvin delivers its signature crushed gooseberry and white wine notes, perfectly complemented by the intense pineapple and passionfruit character of the Vic Secret. A clean, golden malt base provides a subtle, grainy backbone that allows the fruit-forward hop intensity to remain the focal point. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (7-9 SRM). Persistent off-white head with fine lacing and good persistence. Clear to a very slight haze, typical of dry-hopped versions.
