Zes is a special blend of wild ales aged for 1 up to 6 (!) years in oak barrels. It’s an hommage to a well made geuze. In the aroma I find Chamomile, marigold, roses, the skin of apricots, sea breeze and a very light oaky aroma and a slightly hint of earth, grass and white pepper from the hops.
