This wild ale blend showcases a vibrant sensory profile defined by the intensive use of organic raspberries and a touch of red wine grapes. It pours a deep, hazy crimson with a lively pinkish foam. The bouquet is dominated by fresh, jammy raspberry and subtle vinous undertones, supported by a sophisticated Brettanomyces character of wet hay, earthy funk, and aged stone fruit. On the palate, the Brett Beer is exceptionally dry and effervescent. The bright acidity of the fruit balances the rustic, barnyard notes of the wild yeast, leading to a long, crisp finish with a faint tannic structure derived from the grape skins.

Appearance. Deep ruby-pink to reddish-purple with moderate haze. Thick, frothy pinkish head with fair retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant fresh raspberry and jammy fruit notes. Subtle vinous, dark grape character. Complex Brettanomyces aromatics of barnyard funk, leather, and dried hay. Low malt presence; no perceptible hops.

Taste. Initial sharp raspberry tartness followed by a bone-dry, highly attenuated malt profile. Vinous red grape flavors provide depth and light tannins. Earthy, rustic Brett character persists throughout. Bitterness is very low; finish is crisp, clean, and fruit-forward with no lingering sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a refreshing, prickly high carbonation. No harshness; very slight tannic astringency from fruit skins and a subtle, well-integrated alcoholic warmth.
