Toccalmatto Grooving Hop

Saison 4.3 º
Grooving Hop is a vibrant Blonde Ale crafted for the summer, offering a refreshing and sessionable 4.3% ABV experience. The sensory profile is defined by a sophisticated interplay between traditional German hops and expressive New Zealand hops, resulting in a surprising bouquet of gooseberry, tart grapefruit, and elegant Sauvignon grape notes. A lean malt base of pale grains provides a clean canvas for these vinous and citrus cues to shine. On the palate, it is remarkably dry and thirst-quenching, delivering a very fine, integrated bitterness that enhances its crisp character without overwhelming the delicate fruit presence or the clean, bready malt foundation.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head and fair retention.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring clean, grainy malt and pronounced hop notes of white grape, gooseberry, and fresh grapefruit. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial soft, bready maltiness quickly yields to bright hop flavors of citrus and vinous fruit. Bitterness is medium-low and exceptionally refined. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hint of grapefruit zest.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation that provides a prickly, refreshing sensation. Smooth and highly drinkable with no perceptible alcohol warmth.
