This refreshing American IPA presents an explosive aromatic profile driven by a potent trio of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops. The sensory journey begins with vibrant layers of grapefruit, passionfruit, and resinous pine, complemented by a subtle undercurrent of ripe berries and mango. Designed for high quaffability, the palate is lean and hop-forward, where the punchy citrus and tropical notes take center stage over a clean, crackery malt base. Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM). Large, white, persistent head with significant lacing. Clear, though a very slight hop-induced haze is present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus (grapefruit, lime), tropical fruit (passionfruit, mango), and resinous pine from Simcoe and Citra, with a light berry note from Mosaic. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character supports the hops. Clean fermentation profile.
