This modern German Pils offers a vibrant collision of Old World structure and New World hop intensity. A base of Pilsner and Munich malts provides a crisp, crackery foundation with a hint of toasted bread, enhanced by the bready depth of Melanodin malt. Flaked Oats and Cara Pils lend a subtle smoothness to the light body without sacrificing the style's signature snap. The aromatic profile is strikingly forward, led by the tropical citrus of Citra and Amarillo, alongside the distinctive white grape notes of Nelson Sauvin and resinous Simcoe pine. It delivers a firm, refreshing bitterness that results in a bone-dry, exceptionally clean finish.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring punchy notes of grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruit, alongside a distinctive crushed white grape and gooseberry character. Supportive low grainy-sweet and slightly doughy malt presence. Fermentation is clean with no esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial crisp, grainy-sweet malt and toasted cracker flavors are quickly overtaken by assertive hop flavors of citrus, resinous pine, and passionfruit. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, leading into a very dry, crisp, and refreshing finish with a lingering hop-forward aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slight silken quality from the oats. High carbonation provides a lively, prickly sensation on the tongue. Clean and crisp with no perceptible alcohol warmth or harsh astringency.
