To Øl Let Mælk reimagines the decadent Sweet Stout as a sessionable experience without sacrificing sensory depth. It opens with a highly aromatic profile of milk chocolate and sweetened espresso, underpinned by a cream-like sweetness characteristic of lactose. The appearance is a deep, opaque mahogany crowned by a dense, tan head. On the palate, gentle roasted grains provide notes of coffee and cocoa, balanced by a smooth, moderate sweetness that persists into a clean finish. Despite its light 4.1% ABV, the mouthfeel remains impressively creamy and full-tasting, successfully delivering the full-throttled intensity To Øl is known for in a lower-gravity, sessionable frame.

Appearance. Very dark brown to opaque black (35 SRM) with a thick, creamy tan head that shows good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity with a dominant character of milk chocolate and coffee-and-cream. Light dark fruit esters are present, though no hop aroma is detectable, allowing the lactose sweetness to shine.
