Dal 2019 il marchio fondato da Tore Gynther e Tobias Emil Jensen ha approcciato una nuova strada: acquisita la proprietà di una fattoria nella campagna dello Zealand, l’intera struttura è stata battezzata To Øl City e riconvertita a centro di produzione di bevande naturali e fermentati alcolici di ogni tipologia – oltre a decine di birre diverse, anche sidri di frutta, kombucha e rum, tanto per iniziare!
Tale ipertrofia realizzativa fortunatamente non incide su qualità e innovazione delle etichette: con la Implosion, i ragazzi danesi sono riusciti a ricreare il vero carattere luppolato di una American IPA in formato Alcohol Free, mantenendo intatte complessità e freschezza tipiche del genere, per una birra analcolica tra le migliori attualmente disponibili sul mercato craft!
Un profumatissimo ventaglio di aromi erbacei (piante aromatiche) e fruttati (pesca gialla) trova riscontro in una sorso leggero, dalla bollicina morbida e dal profilo equilibrato, che si presenta di un bel colore chiaro dalla sottilissima velatura al bicchiere e con una chiusa dal sottofondo amaro ben dosato e piacevole – garantendo soprattutto una bevuta spensierata e senza nessuna… sbornia da smaltire!
