To Øl Implosion Fruited offers a vibrant, alcohol-free sensory experience centered on a lush raspberry and elderflower marriage. The aroma is dominated by fresh, sun-ripened berries and the delicate, honey-like floral perfume of elderflower, layered over a subtle, clean malt base. On the palate, the raspberry provides a bright, natural snap without the sharp acidity of a sour ale, balanced by the floral sweetness of the elderflower. Very light hopping allows the fruit to remain the undisputed protagonist. This Experimental Beer is crisp and remarkably refreshing, finishing clean with a lingering essence of summer fruit and a light, effervescent lift.
Appearance. Pours a hazy, glowing pink-to-red hue (10–15 SRM). It supports a frothy, soft pink head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, jammy raspberry and elegant, floral elderflower. Low bready malt character provides a delicate backdrop. Hop aroma is nearly absent, allowing the fruit and floral essences to dominate. Very clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tart raspberry sweetness followed by the nuanced, lychee-like floral notes of elderflower. Malt flavor is low and cracker-like. Hop bitterness is very low, serving only to prevent cloying sweetness. The finish is short and clean, with a lingering raspberry skin aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a slightly thin texture characteristic of non-alcoholic beers. High carbonation provides a prickly, refreshing scrub on the tongue. Zero alcohol warmth. No astringency.
