Tiny Rebel’s Citra Incognito is a vibrant exploration of the Citra hop, utilizing four distinct hop preparations—including Incognito and CO2 extracts—to deliver a saturated citrus experience. This American IPA radiates intense aromas of lime zest, ruby red grapefruit, and passion fruit, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, the experience is dominated by lush tangerine and tropical fruit flavors, yet it remains remarkably approachable. Diverging from traditional bitterness expectations, it offers a super soft texture and a low perceived bitterness that emphasizes pure hop juice character. The result is a bright, refreshing, and fruit-forward profile with a clean, lingering citrus finish.
Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight, modern haze. Topped by a persistent, fluffy white head that leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma defined by pungent Citra hop character. Dominated by grapefruit, lime, and tropical melon notes. Very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of grapefruit juice, tangerine, and a hint of lychee. Very low bitterness for the style, focusing on hop saturation over IBUs. Malt is supportive and neutral. Finish is clean and soft with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
