Appearance. Pours a deep, opaque straw to pale orange (SRM 5-7) with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing. High turbidity is consistent with the style.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring candied citrus, ripe peach, and tropical melon driven by Superdelic, Citra, and Nectaron. Low, doughy malt presence; fermentation is clean with moderate fruity esters reflecting stone fruit.
Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit juice—mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. Moderately low bitterness allows the hop flavors to dominate. Malt is supportive and soft, reminiscent of flaked grains and wheat. The finish is smooth and medium-sweet with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full, plush body with a creamy, pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its high gravity, without any harsh astringency.
